What is the platform fee?
We charge a small percentage on each successful transaction. The fee decreases as you upgrade plans — from 3% on Free down to 1% on Pro.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! Growth and Pro plans include a free custom domain connection. You can connect any domain you own to your ExaStore storefront.
Which payment methods are supported?
For Indian stores: UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. For international stores: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Stripe.
Can I switch plans?
